WORLD OF WARCRAFT SKILLS TIPS & TRICKS
Skills & classesChoose weapons wisely when beginning the game with a character. It is hard to change weapons later in the game. You can choose 1 gathering skill or 1 trading skill, or 2 of either. The gathering skills include: mining, herbalism, and skinning. The trade skills include: leatherworking (supported by skinning), alchemy (supported by herbalism), blacksmithing (supported by mining), engineering (supported by mining), tailoring (supported by killing humaniods for linen). The secondary and miscellaneous skills include: fishing (secondary), cooking (secondary), first aid (miscellaneous), enchanting (miscellaneous). Now match the skills with their particular classes: Druid: skinning & leatherworking or herbalism & alchemy or mining and engineering; Rogue: skinning & leatherworking or herbalism & alchemy or mining and engineering; Shamen: skinning & leatherworking or herbalism & alchemy or mining and engineering; Hunter: skinning & leatherworking or herbalism & alchemy or mining and engineering; Paladin: mining & blacksmithing or engineering & mining; Warrior: mining & blacksmithing or engineering & mining; Priest: herbalism & alchemy or engineering and mining or tailoring; Mage: herbalism & alchemy or engineering and mining or tailoring; Warlock: herbalism & alchemy or engineering and mining or tailoring.Character developmentFor Warriors and Paladins, choose their job as a blacksmith. This will increase their experience faster than any rate. For Priests, Warlock, Mage, or Shaman, choose healing abilities, never blacksmith or fishing. This will slow your experience.Gathering skill 1MiningGathering skill 2HerbalismGathering skill 3SkinningTrade skill 1Leatherworking (supported by skinning)Trade skill 2Alchemy (supported by herbalism)Trade skill 3Blacksmithing (supported by mining)Trade skill 4Engineering (supported by mining)Trade skill 5Tailoring (supported by killing humaniods for linen)
